Shipping Policy
During checkout, the guest can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific timeframes.
If you'd like to use a different courier such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, feel free to reach out for a personalized quote.
April 20, 2025: For customers in the USA, please note that packages arriving in the US from May 2nd, 2025 or later may be subject to additional duty and/or delays. Please make sure you agree to our full shipping policy and terms of service before placing an order. We will continue processing orders as normal, unless instructed otherwise. If you would like us to hold your order until a later date or until shipping procedures have stabilized stateside, simply let us know in the “notes” section of your order and we will hold your items in reserve until then.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping and returns are always FREE within HONG KONG. We also offer express shipping options, and these shipping rates can be viewed at checkout. If you have any further questions, please send us an email.
Do you have international shipping?
Absolutely. We are now offering SHIPPING SERVICE in selected countries*. We will make sure you get the items you want. Just enter your full address and we will take it from there. Plus, for free shipping orders, we'll assist you with customs duties and you won't have to pay any additional fees! (All you need to do is place your order and wait for the package to be delivered to your doorstep without any additional actions or fees!) If you would like to exchange it, please contact us and we will still offer an international RETURN service.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been picked up and is in transit. This will include a tracking number and instructions on how to check the status of your order. Or send us an email! We are here to help!
When will my order arrive?

If you are in HONG KONG, your product should arrive within 3 business days from being dropped off at the shipping facility. Please note that we are a small team that takes the weekends off! If you place an order over the weekend, we fulfill orders and ship on the following workday.
- Free Standard: 2 to 5 business days. -
In the US, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, and remote addresses such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are unavailable for fast express service and require longer shipping times.
