Our classic black tea is crafted through a traditional slow-fire drying process, where leaves are carefully baked to perfection. After natural withering, rolling, and full fermentation, the tea undergoes a two-stage roasting:

  • High-temperature firing (100–120°C) quickly halts oxidation while locking in the rich color and body of the tea.

  • Low, gentle roasting (70–90°C) follows, allowing the leaves to develop layers of honeyed sweetness, fruity depth, and a lingering, warm aroma.

This meticulous balance of heat and time enhances the tea’s natural character, creating a cup that is smooth, mellow, and enduringly fragrant. The slow roasting not only ensures stability and storability, but also enriches the tea with a comforting warmth reminiscent of dried fruits, honey, and subtle wood notes.
